Shipping & Delivery

• Free standard shipping is available above the threshold shown at checkout. Shipping charges for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
• In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order, customised and pre-order items follow the timeline shown on the product page.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days within India and 7–28 business days internationally. Express delivery is available for eligible destinations. All orders include tracking.
• International orders are shipped DDU unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, courier delays, holidays or peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Custom, personalised, made-to-order, Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
• Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
• Natural variations in colour, texture, patina, paintwork and hammer marks are part of the handcrafted reclaimed-iron finish and are not considered defects.
• Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. GARDENALIA covers applicable costs when the issue is our error. Re-shipping fees may apply for incorrect addresses, refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts.
