You confirm the content is your own original work, you own all rights to it, and it does not infringe any third party's rights

10. Warranty & Product Care

10.3 Care Guidance

To extend the life of your GARDENALIA piece: wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth; apply a light coating of outdoor-grade oil seasonally; bring indoors during harsh frost or extreme weather conditions; touch up any chips with outdoor iron paint. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

GARDENALIA's liability to you in connection with any order or use of the Site is limited to the value of the specific product(s) in the relevant transaction
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products
